Hitoshi MotoharaHitoshi Motohara
Chairman

Hitoshi Motohara joined Advantage Resourcing America, Inc. (ARA) and Advantage Resourcing Europe B.V. (ARE) as Chairman and CEO when ARA and ARE were purchased by Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., in January 2012. Effective January 2014, Motohara named a dedicated CEO of ARA and ARE, allowing him to dedicate his time as Chairman of the Board.  In this capacity, he will stay involved in oversight of Advantage Resourcing’s progress and success.  

Motohara is a Managing Corporate Executive Officer within Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan; Recruit is currently the fifth-largest staffing firm in the world according to Staffing Industry Analysts' 2015 Global Staffing Ranking. Motohara is responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand Recruit's business internationally.

Motohara joined Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., in 1983, beginning his career with the company as a sales and marketing associate and rising to the position of CEO of Recruit Media Communications. In 2003, he became CEO of Recruit Staffing and began expanding the company's staffing operations. In 2008, Motohara became CEO of Staff Services, the number one staffing firm in Japan, following Recruit's acquisition of the company.

He is a graduate of Hiroshima Shudo University, School of Law in Japan, and served for two years as the President of Japan Staffing Services Association.

Eugene A. Cutolo is President and Chief Executive Officer of both Advantage Resourcing America (ARA) and its affiliated sister company Staffmark, two of the largest staffing companies in the United States. Both companies are part of Recruit Holdings, one of the largest HR companies in the world.

A proven and widely-respected leader, Cutolo has more than 23 years of staffing industry experience. He the company in 1998, serving as a driving force behind the growth and success of one of the most profitable business lines.

Cutolo is responsible for determining and formulating policies and overall direction of ARA in connection with business strategy, financial accounting, organizational structure, human resources, operations, and investments.

Cutolo has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University.

Takashi NishimuraTakashi Nishimura

Executive Manager of International Business Management Office, Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd

Takashi Nishimura joined Advantage Resourcing American, Inc. (ARA) and Advantage Resourcing Europe B.V. (ARE) as Board Director in April 2014. He also currently serves as Executive Manager of International Business Management Office. He is responsible for auditing international subsidiaries and supporting their strategic planning.

He joined Recruit in 1997 and has since served in the HR department, New Business Development Office, Corporate Strategy Office, and Corporate Business Management Office, respectively.

He received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Doshisha University in 1997. In 2003, he attended MIT as an Advanced Study Program Fellow in the School of Engineering.

Yuichiro MiuraYuichiro Miura

Yuichiro Miura is Chief Operating Officer of Advantage Resourcing America, one of the largest staffing companies in the United States.  Advantage Resourcing is part of Recruit Holdings, one of the largest HR companies in the world.

Most recently he was a Company Partner of Recruit Holdings Company Co., Ltd., where he was a member of the board of directors of three Recruit companies. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer for Recruit Staffing Co., Ltd., the largest staffing firm in Japan.

Miura has more than 22 years of staffing experience with an emphasis on performance management and strategy development. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Hosei University in Tokyo, Japan.

Michael WhitmerMichael Whitmer
Chief Information Officer

Michael Whitmer is Chief Information Officer for Advantage Resourcing. Whitmer is responsible for directing the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems, internet and mobile business platforms and technology support systems.

Prior to joining Advantage, Whitmer was the global Chief Information Officer for Hudson Global, Inc. Before joining Hudson, he was the Vice President of Information Services for Spherion and has held roles with Witness Systems and Turner Broadcasting Systems.

Whitmer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from West Georgia College.

Whitmer is the Past President of the Quest International Board of Directors and has served on the Quest Board since 2009. He is also a member of the Oracle Customer Advisory Board and a contributing member to the CIO Executive Council.

Beth RoekleBeth Roekle
President, Advantage xPO North America

Beth Roekle joined Advantage xPO in 2011 as Vice President of Operations. She was named President of Advantage xPO, North America in 2015 and reports to Toshio Oka, CEO of Advantage Resourcing.  Roekle is responsible for delivery management, growth and expansion for the xPO business in North America.

A member of the HRO Today Services and Technology Association’s Regional Board of Advisors, Beth was named a “2014 Provider Superstar” in the Recruiting and Talent Acquisition category.  

Prior to joining Advantage xPO, Beth was Vice President of Operations for PeopleScout (a division of TrueBlue, Inc.).  She holds a J.D. from DePaul University and a B.A. from Northwestern University.

Kathryn S. BernardKathryn S. Bernard
General Counsel and Executive Vice President

During Kathy’s tenure, she helped design and develop the company's self-insured and self-administered workers' compensation program, and developed related protocols and policies for workers' compensation, employment practices, loss control, safety, litigation, contracts, drug testing, and background checking. 

Bernard is active in state and national legislative efforts that affect the staffing industry and has written numerous articles for specialty publications on workers' compensation issues and employee leasing. Previously, she was the Regional Vice President of Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and Employment practices for a national insurance brokerage. 

Bernard received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cincinnati and her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Jennifer ProsperoJennifer Prospero
Chief Financial Officer

Jennifer Prospero, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer for Advantage Resourcing America, one of the largest staffing companies in the United States.  Advantage Resourcing is part of Recruit Holdings, one of the largest HR companies in the world.

Prospero is responsible for all accounting, finance, treasury, tax, purchasing, facility, real estate, and payroll strategies and functions.  Her prior experience is as Controller and was most recently served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer.  She has more than 23 years of experience in finance and accounting.

She has a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Miami University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Doug DandurandDoug Dandurand
President, Advantage Resourcing North America

Doug Dandurand was promoted to President of Advantage Resourcing, North America in July 2016.  His success and performance have rewarded him with several progressive career steps since joining Advantage Resourcing in June 2013 as Senior Vice President of the Engineering Division.  In 2014, the IT and Technology Lifecycle Services Divisions were added to his responsibilities, and in January of  2016, he was promoted to Executive Vice President reporting to Toshio Oka, CEO of Advantage Resourcing.  Dandurand is currently responsible for the continued growth and profitability of all the staffing units in North America, including Professional, Technical, and Commercial services.   Doug has over 20 years of industry experience with executive level leadership in a broad range of staffing disciplines. 

Before joining Advantage Resourcing, Mr. Dandurand was a Partner and President, Eastern Region for EmployBridge.  Doug was with EmployBridge from June 2004 until June 2013.  In this role, he was responsible for the company’s commercial branches in the Eastern Region as well as the professional divisions for the entire organization. 

Mr. Dandurand also held key leadership positions previously with Olsten Staffing Services, Oxford Global Resources, Robert Half International, and Randstad US.

Mr. Dandurand holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Kansas State University.

Suzanne M. PerrySuzanne M. Perry
Chief Human Resource Officer

Suzanne is responsible for the company's human resources, compensation, and benefits programs. She has worked in the human resource field since 1986 with an emphasis on employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment, selection, and legal compliance. 

Prior to joining our company, Perry held senior human resources positions, both domestic and abroad, at Fortune 500 companies. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and received her professional certification in 1994. Perry also received her Certified Staffing Professional accreditation from the American Staffing Association. 

Perry received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University and her Master of Business Administration from Thomas More College.
